When I was little I got to travel with my family to a lot of awesome places like Greece, Germany, and Egypt because my dad was in the Air Force. I even got to sit through the first Gulf War in Saudi Arabia. Later we settled down in San Antonio, TX, but I think having that sense of adventure instilled in me at an early age drove me to be creative and seek out things to challenge myself. In 2000 I moved to Redmond, WA to go to the Digipen Institute of Technology. I graduated in 2003 from the animation program, then spent 2 1/2 years in the game industry. Now I've decided to move on and concentrate on my real passion which is illustration. I'm not exactly sure what I'd like to illustrate in the long run, I just know that I want to make pretty images. Of girls. Or girls and sweet monsters.
